Copyright and takedown policy

What we do and do not do

Valve Radio does not host, store or transmit any sound recording or audiovisual work. All playback happens inside YouTube's official embedded player, delivered by Google LLC from YouTube's servers. Each recording reachable from this site was uploaded to YouTube by a third party, and remains subject to YouTube's own copyright and monetisation systems, including Content ID. A play through this site counts as a YouTube view and is monetised for the rights holder on exactly the same basis as any other view.

What we control, and will remove on request, is the link, listing, credits and editorial entry for a work.

How to request removal

Email office@quiamo.com with the subject line "Takedown request". Please include:

1. The exact page URL or URLs on valveradio.fm.
2. The song title, film and year.
3. Identification of the work and of your rights in it: whether you own or control the sound recording, the underlying musical work, the literary work (lyrics), or the film.
4. Your name, organisation, postal address, email and telephone number.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

What we will do

We aim to remove the listing within 24 hours of receiving a request that identifies the work and the requester, and in any case within 36 hours as contemplated by the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. We will confirm removal by email. We will not require a court order first, and we will not argue about it. A song is not worth a dispute.

If you would prefer the listing to remain but point at a different upload, for example your own official channel, tell us and we will switch it.

Wrong or disputed credits

If a composer, lyricist or performer is credited incorrectly, email the same address with the correction and, where possible, a source. Credit corrections are usually made within a week.

Repeat and bad-faith notices

We keep a record of all notices and actions taken. Knowingly false claims of ownership may attract liability under Indian law.
