1. What this service is

Valve Radio is a free, advertising-supported directory and playback interface for Hindi film music. It is operated by ENTITY NAME PVT LTD ("we", "us"), REGISTERED ADDRESS, Padmavati Hills, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We do not host, store, stream, transmit, cache or supply any audio or video recording. Every recording is played inside YouTube's official embedded player, served directly to your browser by Google LLC from YouTube's own servers, under YouTube's Terms of Service. What we provide is a curated index: titles, film names, years, credits, editorial commentary and the arrangement in which recordings are presented.

Because playback occurs through YouTube, your use of the player is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not a party to that relationship and cannot control it.

2. No downloading, no circumvention

You may not, and may not attempt to, download, rip, capture, record, re-stream, mirror or otherwise extract any recording accessed through this site; circumvent any technological protection measure; or use any automated means to scrape, copy or index this site or the recordings reachable from it. Doing so may infringe the rights of the relevant rights holders and may breach section 65A of the Copyright Act 1957 and YouTube's own terms.

3. Our content, and your licence to use it

The design, code, layout, editorial writing, catalogue arrangement, artwork and compilation on this site are owned by ENTITY NAME PVT LTD and protected by copyright. Song titles, film names and artist names are used descriptively and factually; they remain the property of their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.

You may link to any page, quote short passages with attribution, and share pages freely. You may not copy the code, replicate the catalogue as a database, republish the editorial writing, or produce a derivative service from any of it without written permission.

4. Availability

The service is provided free of charge, as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, completeness or accuracy. Recordings may become unavailable at any time because a third party has removed, restricted or geo-blocked them. We are not obliged to maintain, restore or replace any particular recording.

5. Accuracy of credits

Song credits are compiled from published film soundtrack listings and other public sources. Historical Hindi film credits are frequently incomplete, contested or wrong at source. We correct errors when they are reported. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a definitive statement of authorship or ownership.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENTITY NAME PVT LTD excludes all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the site is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes, governing law

We may amend these terms; the current version always sits at this address with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
